Binder & Son was recommended by a family friend whose used their services and with experienced in Chinese funeral customs. This was my first experience of arranging a funeral which was daunting at the start, however Sam and Jade at Binder & Son provided an excellent service in detailing the procedures and the services they provide and making the experience less unnerving. We had many questions and they were very professional and caring to answer them all.
The team had previous experience of catering Chinese funeral customs and they went the extra mile to assist us. Wayne and his team did an exceptional service on the day and gave us the personal touch we required to give my dad his final send off.

”This company is a small organisation located in Harold Hill. The consultant will put you at ease and are genuine with their condolences. They will ask about your loved ones and will create a wonderful send off the deceased would have liked. It is extremely difficult to think straight after the death of a loved one and the main man Wayne will guide you through the details and options available during the visit. The premises is very comfortable and not overwhelming. You will be comfortable and relaxed during your visit. The costs are not extravagant and are fully explained. There are good offers presented for those with a limited budget. The company are more concerned with your needs rather than their bank balance and will provide a professional service. You won’t find them in the newspaper or bereavement booklets but they are able to keep costs low as advertising is very expensive. If you ever need a funeral director, my suggestion is you see this company first and compare with the larger establishments. ”

”Today was a very sad day for my son Jordon and his girlfriend Amiee. Unfortunately Amiee gave birth to my little grandson Oscar who was born sleeping. When I contacted Binder & Sons for there help I couldn’t have chosen a better company. From the first phone call until the private service today. Total respect for my family and little Oscar. ”What a lovely family funeral firm! Wayne came highly recommended to us by a mutual friend, & we can see why.
He went over & above what we expected, taking the worry out of bringing our brother back home from Walsall to Essex for burial in a small cemetery, as was his wish.This was during 2020 when the covid restrictions for funerals made things so much more difficult.
